I've decided that I have gone too long without ever posting.

Not sure how much I will use this, but I'll try.

You know, I still think it is a bit too early to be saying it's Strikethrough Round 2; I'm going to try to be optimistic for as long as I can.

But to remove the strikethrough so that nobody would notice you're deleting accounts again, that's a new low.

I've been trying to avoid any HP debates or spoilers (the less interested I am, the less dissapointted I will be). But, after hearing some arguments for it, I think the leaked copies of Deathly Hollows are fake.

I may be being overly skeptical, and if they prove to be legit, I'll accept any and all pointing and laughing.

But really, Albus Severus?

So apparently my motherboard just fried my video card. This means that:

a)I need a new video card
b)I need a new motherboard
c)I need a new one of each

I'm still holding out hope that either my card or board is repairable, but with my luck, they probably not.

Either way, I'm going have to put off worrying about it till Saturday as tomorrow is my mcat.


This is a bad sign, isn't it.

I hate studying.

My test is on Friday but I haven't been able to concentrate for more than twenty minutes. It's not that I get distracted, but the material is really boring. It's all stuff I've already learned at one point, but just too much to remember. (sigh)

Oh, well. One more week and it will be over.


Did I mention, I really hate studying.



On an unrelated note: Today is 07/07/07, and it's my grandmother's 77th birthday. Weird, huh?

Well we really screwed this one up…

Of course, he still doesn't address why took them so long to respond, why they chose to respond to outside media first, and why they listen to those WFI nutcases in the first place, but I'm way too tired to think anymore.

It's times like this I'm kind of glad I was too lazy to list any interest.

Don't know what to say that hasn't already been said, but at least I can quit debating over whether to get a paid account or not.

I never knew one could be both full of anxiety and completely bored all at the same time, but yet that is what the last month was like.
I've basically reached the point where if a school has contacted me yet, the're not going to at all. Which leaves the one school I had an interview with as my only option. And I won't get an answer till around June.

Combined this with the fact I really don't have much to take my mind off of things, I'll probably go crazy by the summer. Just to give advance warning.

Heading off to Nashville tomorrow for my interview on Friday.

Trying to do everything in my power not to have a panic attack. I'm not really good with interviews, but hopefully I won't do too bad.

After about twenty applications and about as many rejections, I got an interview.

I knew there was a live action Sailor Moon, but was never able to see it until recently.

It's probably one of the funniest things I ever seen, and not in a good way.

Tuxedo Mask's transformation is one of the worst best thing about it.

So bad it's good

1) Sailor Moon, still visit it from time to time.
2) 22
3) Crab. I like all kinds of seafoods just fine, but I just can not stand the taste of crab.
4) Visiting the ocean for the fist time. I can still remember how hot is was outside and how cold the water was. How I kept trying to run into the water, but the waves kept knocking me down (was really small then).
5) Witty conversations. It helps if the person is attractive, but what I find really hot is conversation/arguement between two confident and intelligent people.

So, I thought I would finish my last application today.

I failed miserably.

Normally, I'm good at writing essays, but this last one is just not working with me. I suspect it might that I have written similar essays for the past five monthes, and now my brain is burned out. ~sigh~

On the plus side; I got a shiny new layout.

As the title says, I'm submitting my last application today.

Now the fun part begins...the waiting.

The next couple of months are propably going to drive me insane.

Should have at least one post this month, just to show I'm not that completely lazy.
I swear all my applications took forever. Really, why do all these schools have to ask for information they already have and then ask for an additional $75. Not in med school yet, and I'm already going into to debt.
Sigh, thankfully, only three left.

And now for my new years resolution...

Oh med schools, you guys are so funny. Informing me to fill out the secondary application the day before it is due, is just hilarious.

I've spent the last two weaks filling out applications. I really hate filling out applications. There is always the part on the app where they pretty much ask "why do you think your good enough for this school". And of course, I never know what to say (I'm nt very good at selling myself). The result is I spend hours trying to write something only a page long.

But, I'm done now!
Until the next round of applications

I've filled out the forms, begged all my profs for letter (another arduous process in itself) and now I just have to send them in.

...and come up with the $75 per app :(
